Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: June 25, 2025

1. Overview

Your satisfaction matters—but so does the clarity around fees and forfeitures. Here’s how refunds work:

2. 24‑Hour Grace Period

You may request a full refund (minus transaction fees) within 24 hours of purchase, if no sessions have been scheduled or delivered.

3. After 24 Hours & Before First Session

You may request a 50% refund up until 48 hours before the first scheduled coaching session. This supports the time and resources held for you.

4. After the First Session

Once a session is scheduled or attended, no refunds will be issued for time already held or delivered sessions.

5. No-Show or Late Cancellation

Canceling without at least 24-hour notice or not showing up will forfeit that session, and refunds will not be issued for missed time.

6. Coach Cancellation

If I cancel a session, I will offer to reschedule within 7 days. If scheduling isn’t possible, you’ll receive a pro-rated refund or credit toward a future session.

7. Administrative Fees & Payment Processing

All refunds will be processed minus Stripe/PayPal processing fees (approx. 3%) plus a $20 administrative fee to cover handling.

8. Right to Rescind (PA Specific)

If this contract was signed during an in-person or phone sales call in PA, you have the legal right to cancel within three business days, with a full refund. Requests must be made in writing and postmarked within that window.

9. How to Request a Refund

Email your request to Natalie.Calder@Alturalead.org with proof of purchase and reason for the request. Refunds processed within 14 days of approval.

10. Chargebacks

Chargebacks may affect your access to future coaching. If a chargeback is initiated, I’ll review our agreement and will recoup.
