Terms & Conditions for Altrua Leadership Solutions LLC
Effective Date: June 25, 2025
1. Parties
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the coaching relationship between Altrua Leadership Solutions LLC ("Coach") and the individual or organization receiving coaching services
("Client").
2. Services
Coach will deliver coaching sessions as agreed (e.g., 60-minute one-on-one sessions with mid-week check-ins). Coaching is forward-focused and does not constitute therapy or medical advice.
3. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to attend scheduled sessions, complete assigned work, and take proactive action toward agreed goals.
4. Fees & Payment
• Total fee: $600 or two payments Of $300.
• Payments accepted via Stripe or PayPal; due prior to first session or before session 4 for installment plans.
• Unpaid amounts may result in rescheduling restrictions.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Full refund (minus processing fees) if canceled within 24 hours and no sessions scheduled.
• 50% refund if canceled at least 48 hours before the first session.
• No refunds after the first session or for no-shows (forfeits the fee).
• Rescheduled sessions must be requested 24 hours in advance.
• Coach-initiated cancellations will be rescheduled or refunded proportionally.
• Admin fee Of $20 applies to all refunds; gateway processing fees are deducted.
• PA Right to Rescind: Contracts created via in-person or phone sales in PA carry a 3-business-day
cancellation right with full refund.
6. Scheduling & No-Shows
• Sessions held virtually through Zoom or similar.
• Late arrivals past 15 minutes without notice are considered forfeited.
7. Confidentiality & Privacy
• All coaching content is confidential, bound by the Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation Of Liability
• Results depend on client effort; Coach is not liable for outcomes.
9. Intellectual Property
• Content, tools, and materials remain Coach's property. Client may use them personally.
10. Termination
• Agreement ends after the program. Either party may terminate early, but no refunds after session
one. Outstanding payments remain due.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
• Governed by Pennsylvania law.
• Disputes resolved via mediation/arbitration or boards in Pennsylvania.
12. Amendments
• Coach reserves the right to update Terms. Clients will be notified and bound by updates.
13. Acceptance
• Enrollment in coaching services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
